As kids growing up, watching our favorite television shows, we decided we wanted to be in the skateboard industry. For years, that is all we wanted to do. It seemed as though every popular program showcased skateboarding in some form or another, and a favorite pastime of theirs was to have their buddies come over to construct a skate park in their backyard. We marveled at how cool it was, and we became envious. At the time, having a private park full of quarter pipes, half pipes and grind boxes seemed extremely expensive, and farfetched. Even if money was no object, we didn't have a clue how to go about finding the designs, getting the tools, finding the builders, etc to build our own ramps. We later realized that there's no way we were the only ones who shared this skateboard dream, and we recognized the opportunity to start our own skateboard ramp company. Since we're from the Philadelphia region, we decided to name our company Liberty Skate. To pay further homage to our community, we created the slogan "Live Free, Skate Liberty".

The planning process took years of trial and error until we perfected the skateboard quarter pipes, mini ramp half pipes, and grind boxes for you. Tedious revisions to the design, lumber, hardware, assembly process, packaging and shipping were necessary before we felt comfortable enough to sell our skate ramps to the general public. We used CAD to create the perfect blueprint for every piece of our 4, 6 and 8 foot quarter pipes, our 8 and 16 foot mini ramp half pipes, and our 4, 6 and 8 foot grind boxes. Our own commercial grade CNC machine uses the CAD blueprints to make sure every piece of the ramp is measured and cut to our precise specifications. We commissioned the services of professional packaging and shipping companies to make sure your Liberty Skate quarter pipes, mini ramp half pipes and grind boxes get delivered to your door in pristine condition, in a timely fashion. The quality of our quarter pipes, half pipes and grind boxes is paramount.

Our goal is to be the number one producer and distributor of mini ramps (in quarter pipe and half pipe sizes) and grind boxes. This certainly is an ambitious goal, but we're confident in our products and our brand. We have faith that our customer base is going to recognize this quality, and the Liberty Skate Family is going to get stronger and stronger every day.

While we are passionate about skate ramps and mini ramps we are also passionate about the environment and the world we live in. We think that having a business that uses resources should give more than it takes - this is a no brainer to us. So we partnered with 1% To The Planet, an internationally recognized charity that certifies its members give at least 1% of their revenue to a charity that benefits the environment of the earth. Since we primarily use wood to manufacture our skateboard ramps, we decided that we should plant trees, and where else is better than National Forests. For every dollar we donate, it pays to purchase and plant one tree in a National Forest that was damaged by wildfires. That is, for every dollar you spend on a half pipe, quarter pipe or any other skateboard product, we'll donate at least 1% of the money to American Forests. As Liberty Skate grows, so do our National Forests with the purchase of any quarter pipe, mini ramp half pipe or any other skateboard product.
